See what our service looks like from start to finish during an apartment renovation.
The clients approached us with a request for a comprehensive renovation of an apartment located in a beautiful, intimate building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The goal of the project was to create a comfortable living space for a family of four, along with two functional home offices.
We began our collaboration with the clients through two initial meetings with Maciej. Together, we analyzed the apartment layout, discussed available material options, and prepared a detailed renovation cost estimate. This gave the clients full transparency regarding both costs and implementation possibilities right from the start.
Once the offer was approved, we signed a contract that allowed the clients to modify the scope of work up until the end of the project. This level of flexibility is extremely important, as it enables us to focus on finding the best possible spatial solutions that truly align with the clients’ vision and expectations.
Before starting the design process, we carried out precise measurements of the apartment, opened up key areas to inspect hidden structures, and thoroughly checked the condition of all installations. At this stage, the clients also received access to our dedicated app, where we manage all communication, store design files, and keep all documents related to the project execution.
The renovation work lasted four months and included:
- Reconfiguration of the apartment’s layout (creating space for two home offices, a laundry room, and relocating the kitchen to the opposite end of the apartment)
- Replacement of the electrical installations and installation of a new Category 5a structured network
- Installation of air conditioning
- Replacement of windows and the front door
- Finishing of floors, walls, and ceilings
- Installation of custom built-in furniture
- Lighting installation
- Appliance installation
- Installation of curtains and accessories
The entire process – from the initial design phase to the handover of the keys – took 6.5 months. The apartment was transformed into a modern, functional space, and the clients now enjoy a comfortable home that combines living and working areas. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, and thanks to our close collaboration with the housing cooperative, all work was carried out in compliance with current regulations.
Thanks to a reliable and thorough approach to planning, design, and execution, we successfully delivered a space perfectly tailored to the clients’ needs.
