That is why we prepare a detailed cost estimate before any contract is signed, allowing you to understand the actual cost of your interior fit-out. We believe that an informed decision is only possible when you have a clear understanding of both the scope of work and the costs involved.

How much does a turnkey apartment fit-out cost?

There, you will find a clear breakdown of what influences the overall cost and how different finishing standards correspond to different budgets. The projects we deliver typically range from PLN 3,800 to PLN 9,400 per m², depending on the scope of work, the selected finishing standard, and the materials and furnishings chosen.

What are Estimental’s finishing standards?

Estimental’s finishing standards precisely define how each stage of the interior fit-out should be carried out and the level of quality we expect. They are more demanding than current European standards, giving our Clients a clear understanding from the very beginning of the quality standards that will be followed throughout their project. We provide the full specification of our finishing standards during the complimentary quotation stage, before any contract is signed.

Do you have your own in-house construction team?

Yes. We work with our own in-house construction team because it gives us complete control over the execution process. This allows us to manage project schedules more effectively, maintain consistently high standards of workmanship, and accurately determine the cost of each stage of the project from the very beginning of the design process.

What is the scope of the turnkey interior fit-out?

The scope of our turnkey interior fit-out service is always tailored to each Client’s individual needs. We do not offer fixed packages—instead, we deliver exactly the range of services our Clients require. Our projects most commonly include: construction and general building works, finishing of floors, walls, and ceilings, door installation, custom-made joinery, worktops, air conditioning installation. Depending on the project, we also provide: staircases, balustrades, smart home systems, lighting, window treatments (curtains, sheers, and blinds), freestanding furniture, decorative accessories and styling. Every project is quoted individually, which means the scope of work can range from essential finishing works to a fully furnished, move-in-ready interior.

How long does the apartment finish phase lasts?

The completion of an apartment fit-out typically takes 3 to 4 months, depending on the scope of work and the complexity of the project. We prepare a detailed project schedule before any contract is signed, so you know from the very beginning how long the entire process is expected to take.

How do you prepare an interior fit-out cost estimate?

The interior fit-out cost estimate is prepared by the lead architect following a complimentary consultation of approximately four hours at our studio. During the meeting, your architect will discuss the properties and costs of finishing materials, analyse the functional layout of your interior, and work with you to define a finishing standard that aligns with both your expectations and your budget. Based on these discussions, the architect prepares a detailed cost estimate covering every element required for a complete interior fit-out - from construction works and custom joinery to lighting.
