We invite you to a non-binding meeting at our studio. We begin by discussing materials – their functional properties, usability, and costs. At this stage, our goal is to provide you with as much practical and relevant knowledge as possible, without overwhelming you with unnecessary details.

The second part of the meeting focuses on functional analysis. Together, we’ll explore the most effective spatial layout, consider possible changes to installations, and develop general floor plans.

Finally, we combine function with materials – without asking you to select specific products just yet. At this point, we focus on defining the standard of finishes, which allows you to maintain flexibility in decision-making later on, and enables us to prepare a precise offer.

After the meeting, you’ll receive the offer by email – and it’s more than just a cost estimate. It’s a true mini-book, where you’ll find a detailed breakdown of costs by room and category. It will include not only finishes, but also custom furniture, lighting, and any other elements we jointly identify as important.
