Ewelina and Maciej are responsible for matching each Client with the right designer and project coordinator. During the initial meetings, Ewelina takes the time to understand not only the Client’s expectations for the project, but also their communication style, decision-making process, and preferred way of working. Together with Maciej, she carefully selects the team member who is the best fit for that particular Client and organizes the project schedule to ensure their availability.
