We don’t believe that creating your dream home should involve countless difficult decisions, endless trips to showrooms, or coordinating multiple contractors. Our role is to take care of the complexity so you can focus on the exciting part: imagining the home you truly want to live in.

Thanks to a carefully structured team of architects and project coordinators, Estimental’s founders - Maciej and Bolesław - remain actively involved in every project, overseeing the design concept, technical documentation, and construction process.

Every project is regularly reviewed during internal design meetings. These discussions allow us to look at each space from different perspectives, challenge ideas, refine solutions, and continuously improve the quality of our work. We believe that great design benefits from diverse viewpoints.

The same philosophy extends to construction. By working with our own trusted contractors, we’re able to plan every stage more effectively, anticipate potential challenges, and maintain consistently high standards of workmanship.

Transparency is one of the foundations of our business.

Our fee isn’t hidden inside a single price per square metre.

Instead, you’ll know exactly how much you’re spending on flooring, bespoke joinery, bathroom fittings, lighting, furniture, and every other element of your interior.

This gives you complete control over your budget and allows you to make informed decisions throughout the project.

It also means we can optimise costs without compromising quality, aesthetics, or functionality. Together, we’ll find solutions that reflect both your aspirations and your budget.

Designing and furnishing a home can easily consume hundreds of hours.

Our job is to give that time back to you.

Instead of spending weekends visiting tile showrooms, flooring suppliers, furniture stores, and building merchants, you’ll find everything you need in our studio.

We’ve carefully curated an extensive materials library containing flooring, fabrics, veneers, furniture finishes, paints, and many other samples.

If the product you’re considering isn’t already in our collection, we’ll order samples specifically for your project.

As a result, almost every important decision can be made comfortably during our design meetings, without unnecessary travel or endless searching.

Exceptional design deserves exceptional execution.

That’s why we’ve developed our own construction and finishing standards, defining not only how work should be carried out, but the level of quality we expect at every stage.

These standards are more demanding than current European construction requirements and clearly define the workmanship you can expect from us.

Most importantly, you’ll receive these standards together with your complimentary project proposal—before signing any agreement.

From the very beginning, you’ll understand exactly how we’ll work and what level of quality we’ll deliver.

Our projects are regularly featured in Poland’s leading architecture and design publications.

Estimental interiors have appeared in Label Magazine, WhiteMAD, PLN Design, and Design Alive, and our studio has also been recognised as part of the prestigious AD100 list, celebrating the country’s leading design practices.

While we’re proud of these recognitions, we see them primarily as motivation to continue improving our work.

We have deliberately chosen to focus exclusively on projects in Warsaw and the surrounding area.

Rather than opening offices across the country, we prefer to stay closely involved in every project and every construction site.

We believe our clients deserve direct access to the people responsible for creating their homes.

We work with trusted contractors, cabinet makers, and specialist installers whom we’ve known for many years. These long-term relationships allow us to maintain consistently high standards while ensuring smooth communication between everyone involved.
