Free parking for our clients

When choosing the location of our new headquarters, one of our top priorities was accessibility. We wanted to create a place that is equally convenient to reach by car and by public transport.

For this reason, The House of Estimental offers five private parking spaces reserved exclusively for our clients. Whether you’re visiting us for an initial consultation, a project presentation, or a materials selection meeting, you can park comfortably just steps from the entrance to our studio.

There are occasions when several project meetings take place at the same time. If all of our on-site parking spaces happen to be occupied, there’s no need to worry. The surrounding neighborhood offers plenty of public parking bays within a short walking distance of our studio. These spaces are typically readily available, making it easy to find convenient parking in just a few minutes.

Our headquarters at 28 Lotaryńska Street was chosen very deliberately. We wanted a location that combines the best of both worlds. It is close to the center of Warsaw and well connected to the rest of the city by buses and trams, while also being situated in the quiet, leafy neighborhood of Saska Kępa—far from the congestion and parking challenges often associated with central locations.

We believe that visiting a design studio should be an enjoyable experience from the very beginning. That’s why we’ve made every effort to ensure that getting here—and finding a parking space—is simple, convenient, and stress-free, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: designing your future home.
