This interior underwent a comprehensive transformation, encompassing both a complete technical upgrade and an entirely new design concept. As part of the renovation, we replaced all electrical and plumbing systems, installed new windows and an entrance door, and integrated a heat recovery ventilation system, air conditioning, and advanced smart home technology. The interior is defined by a palette of timeless, high-quality materials, including natural wood veneer, large-format surfaces, and decorative plaster finishes. Carefully combined, these elements create an elegant and cohesive living environment that balances refined aesthetics with durability and everyday comfort.
