Our complete turnkey interior finishing service typically takes around three months and covers every stage of the project, from structural and installation work to hanging the very last light fixture. Our goal is not only to create a beautiful interior, but also to deliver a smooth, transparent process that gives you complete peace of mind.

We don’t believe in rigid packages or predefined scopes of work. Once the design phase is complete, you decide which parts of the project you’d like us to deliver.

We never narrow the scope of work simply to advertise a lower price per square metre. Instead, we provide complete cost transparency. Every quotation includes detailed pricing for construction and finishing works, electrical and plumbing modifications, air conditioning installation, custom-built furniture, freestanding furniture, and decorative elements such as curtains, rugs, and other finishing accessories.

More importantly, we can not only design every one of these elements. We supply and install them. The final scope of our collaboration is entirely your choice. You decide which responsibilities you entrust to us and which you prefer to handle yourself.

We take full responsibility for organising the construction process from start to finish. We coordinate contractors, deliveries, schedules, and every technical aspect of the project, allowing you to focus on enjoying the journey instead of managing it.

Throughout the construction phase, you’ll work with one dedicated project coordinator who also serves as your personal point of contact. They know your project inside and out, answer your questions, oversee every detail, and ensure the finished interior reflects your expectations perfectly.

Throughout the project, you’ll have access to our online construction journal, where we document every stage of the work. It includes progress photos, technical documentation, and photographs of concealed elements such as electrical installations, plumbing, and wall framing before they’re covered.

This allows you to monitor your project from anywhere, at any time.

We work according to our own quality standards, which are significantly more demanding than current European construction standards. Because these standards form part of our contract, you’ll always know exactly what level of workmanship to expect and you’ll be able to verify that we’ve delivered it.

The biggest difference is the absence of unexpected changes and hidden costs during construction.

Because we inspect your property before handover, carry out a detailed measured survey, and prepare the interior design ourselves, we have complete control over the project from the very beginning.

You won’t receive unexpected phone calls telling you that wall preparation, additional electrical outlets, or other essential work was “overlooked” in the original estimate. Every aspect of the project is carefully planned, specified, and priced before construction begins, giving you complete confidence in both the scope of work and the final budget.

Even after you’ve moved in, we’re still here to support you. Every project is backed by a two-year warranty covering all work completed by our team.
